Corporate HR Ireland Modern Slavery Statement
Human trafficking, often referred to as modern slavery, is a grave crime and a fundamental violation of human rights. It manifests in various forms, including slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking. All these practices share the common factor of exploiting individuals by depriving them of their liberty for personal or commercial gain.
At Corporate HR Ireland, we are unwavering in our commitment to combating modern slavery and human trafficking. This policy forms an integral part of our Code of Business Ethics and reflects our dedication to upholding human rights in all aspects of our operations. Our approach aligns with the principles of the Criminal Law (Human Trafficking) Amendment Bill 2013 of the Republic of Ireland and also addresses the provisions outlined in section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 of the United Kingdom.
We recognise our responsibility to act with integrity and vigilance in all our business dealings and relationships. We actively work to ensure that modern slavery does not take place within our own operations or our supply chains. Through our partnerships with clients, suppliers, and contractors, we are committed to promoting ethical practices that prevent exploitation and foster a culture of respect for human rights.
